Collection Days - Starting 6th May 2025
1. Red lid bins - weekly on Thursdays
2. Yellow lid bins - weekly on Thursdays
3. Green lid bins - weekly on Mondays
Public Holidays
Waste collections continue on public holidays, except for New Year's Day and Christmas Day. Collections those weeks will occur on the day following your normal collection day.
Missed collections
Report a missing collection on the Resident waste portal.
All access cards must be reprogrammed by 21 September

Reprogram your Ritz 88 access cards by 21 September 2026 to avoid losing building access.

10:00am–5:00pm
Unprogrammed cards will be cancelled on 30 September.
